As a Desktop Support Engineer, Erica supports GlobalGiving staff in their day-to-day technology use, and steps in if something goes wrong. She is often found prepping new devices, putting together technology resources, or working to prevent problems before they happen. Prior to joining GlobalGiving, Erica earned her bachelor's degrees in English and education from The University of Maryland, College Park.
