Anamika Chaudhury has extensive work experience in IT helpdesk support and service desk analyst roles. Anamika began their career as a visiting faculty at ISBM University in 2011. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Technical Support Lead at AppSoft. Anamika then joined Nokia Solutions and Networks AB in 2018, where they served as a Technical Support Lead until 2020. In 2021, they joined Diligent Galway as a Service Desk Analyst and worked until early 2022. Currently, they are employed at G-P/Globalization Partners as an IT helpdesk support specialist.
