Angela Castano has a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Angela is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Globalization Partners since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Talent Acquisition Partner Senior at BBVA from February 2020 to October 2021, where they were responsible for coordinating and implementing recruitment processes for various departments. Angela also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Experian from May 2019 to February 2020, handling recruitment and onboarding for multiple countries in the Spanish Latam region. Throughout their career, Angela has gained experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, designing job descriptions, and executive reporting. Angela'sprevious roles include Human Resources Senior Analyst at Allianz Colombia from April 2015 to July 2018, Sourcing Coordinator at CEMEX from April 2014 to March 2015, Sourcing Psychologist at Harinera del Valle S.A. from December 2013 to April 2014, and Trainee Psychologist at Laboratorios BIOGEN de Colombia from January 2011 to June 2011.

Angela Castano has a diverse education history. Angela began their studies in 2008 at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where they earned a degree in Psychology, specializing in Psicología. After a break, they pursued further education in 2016 at Universidad de La Sabana, earning a Certificate in Human Resources Management, focusing on Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. In 2017, they expanded their knowledge at Universidad Externado de Colombia, obtaining a Specialist degree in Change Management and Organizational Development, again within Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. Angela's educational journey continued in 2018 at ILAC International College, where they studied Business English, with a concentration in English. Through their various academic pursuits, Angela has gained a broad range of skills and knowledge in psychology, human resources management, change management, organizational development, and language proficiency.
