Brandon Laney has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Supervisor at Bookmark Café and later working as an Intern at Catholic Charities - Refugee and Immigration Services in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a Telephone Fundraising Representative at Integral Resources Inc. In 2017, they worked as a Charity Brand Ambassador at DialogueDirect and as an Auxiliar de Conversación at Ministerio de Educación. Starting from 2018, they worked as a Language Specialist at ICR PTE. LTD. and then moved on to G-P/Globalization Partners in 2020 where they worked as an Account Associate, Account Manager Team Lead, and Manager of Customer Experience. In 2023, they became the Manager of Customer Success at G-P/Globalization Partners.

Brandon Laney completed their high school education at Clever High School from 2008 to 2012. Brandon then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Spanish Language Studies at John Brown University from 2012 to 2014. Laney continued their academic journey at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish Language Studies. Additionally, in 2016, Laney participated in an international business program at Universitat d'Alacant, focusing on C1 level Spanish proficiency.
