Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager at Globalization Partners

Emily Harper has a solid background in customer advocacy and marketing. Emily is currently working as a Customer Advocacy Programs Manager at G-P/Globalization Partners since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Customer Advocacy and Partner Marketing Manager at Vocera Communications, now part of Stryker, from July 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they held the role of Sr. Voice of the Customer and Communications Manager at the same company from October 2016 to July 2021.

Emily also has experience in digital marketing, working as a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager at Protiviti from March 2016 to October 2016. Emily also worked at Cisco as a Voice of the Customer Marketing Manager from December 2012 to December 2015, and as a Global Event Program Manager from June 2011 to December 2012. Emily started their career as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Emerson from June 2010 to May 2011.

Emily Harper has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder. Emily also attended Semester At Sea/ISE for Global Studies. Prior to college, Emily Harper obtained a High School diploma from Los Gatos High School. In addition to their formal education, Emily has earned several certifications, including Customer Advocacy and Social Media Marketing: Managing Online Communities from LinkedIn, as well as Marketing: Understanding Your Consumer from The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School. Emily is also a certified 200 Hour RYT Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance.
