Gabriel Garcilita Sainz

Gabriel Garcilita Sainz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gabriel started their career in 2008 as a TA Analyst at Laboratorios PiSA, where they were responsible for mass recruitment, conducting interviews and selection processes, and creating reports and indicators.

In 2010, they joined Worldmark as an HR Generalist, where they developed training programs, ensured legal compliance, administered contracts, and managed budgets.

In 2013, Gabriel moved to CMSA Manzanillo, where they served as the Head of Recruitment and Organizational Development. In this role, they managed the recruitment and selection budget, implemented KPIs for the training department, and developed training programs.

From 2016 to 2020, Gabriel worked at Flex as a Training and HR Project Manager. Gabriel was responsible for the training plan of direct and indirect labor, managing courses and training programs, and developing and managing a training team.

Most recently, Gabriel joined Mercado Libre in 2020 as a People Business Partner. In this role, they partnered with the operation for decision making, managed the training department, set training and onboarding processes, and was responsible for talent review and workforce planning.

Currently, Gabriel is working at G-P/Globalization Partners as a People Business Partner LATAM.

Gabriel Garcilita Sainz completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara from 2004 to 2008. In 2011, they pursued a degree program at Harvard Manage Mentor, but the field of study is unspecified. Gabriel also attended a short program at Penn State University in 2014, where they studied Talent Management, Competency Management, and Succession in the field of Human Resources. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Auditor Lead ISO 13485:2016 certification from BSI in March 2019. Gabriel also received the Life Coaching Aplicando metodología LSP certification from Nordkom Empresas Profesionales S.L. in July 2017. In March 2016, Gabriel became a Lego® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator through Juego Serio™.
