Hema Anitha Raveenthran has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Hema Anitha started their career as a Quality Assurance Assistant at CRYOCORD SDN BHD in October 2013 and worked there until January 2015. Hema Anitha then moved on to Asia Assistance Network (M) Sdn Bhd, where they served as a Medical Operations Officer from October 2016 to October 2017. Hema then joined AIA as a Certified Financial Planner & Insurance Advisor from October 2017 to November 2018.

In November 2018, Hema began working at Tungsten Network as a Human Resources Shared Services & Facilities Executive for their locations in Kuala Lumpur, UK, and USA. Hema Anitha continued in this role until December 2020.

In February 2021, Hema joined Deriv.com as an HR Operations Executive, where they worked until July 2021.
