Kristina Bullock

Kristina Bullock is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Director, People Business Partner at GitLab since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kristina held the position of Director, Employee Engagement & Experience at Sysdig, overseeing a team focused on global employee experience and engagement. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Cohesity, where Kristina partnered with R&D, Finance, and Legal departments, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at IDT, supporting multiple product groups. Additional experience includes roles at Yahoo, LinkedIn, and Brocade, with a strong foundation in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations. Kristina co-founded Do It While You’re Young and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters in Human Resources from Chapman University.
