Joanna McGlone

Joanna McGlone has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joanna currently works as a Software Engineering Manager at Globalization Partners, where they lead small teams of software engineers and ensures the delivery of quality work. Joanna'sresponsibilities include managing multiple teams, providing technical leadership, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating and executing development plans.

Prior to their current role, Joanna worked at Allstate Northern Ireland as a Senior Manager. Joanna was responsible for various aspects of Service Management, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Desk. Joanna also led a global team, supported 24x7 business operations, and focused on improving processes and automating tasks.

Before joining Allstate, Joanna held positions at Seagate Technology, Acheson & Glover, and Shearings Holidays. At Seagate Technology, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, overseeing projects, managing resources, and maintaining relationships with business partners. At Acheson & Glover, they served as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, and at Shearings Holidays, they held roles as IT Operations Manager and Database Administrator.

Joanna McGlone attended Liverpool John Moores University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BSc Hons in Information Systems Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT. In 2012, they received the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification from IIBA. Furthermore, in 2011, they obtained both the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
