Kathrin Koedderitz

Kathrin Koedderitz has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Kathrin began their career in 2002 as a Marketing/HR intern at Projekt Fabrik. Kathrin then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Bergmann & Franz from 2004 to 2005. In 2007, they joined Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC as a National Event Marketing employee where they planned and coordinated events for high-profile clients. Later that year, they moved on to Daimler AG as an Event Management specialist, where they were responsible for coordinating annual meetings and implementing best practices to improve efficiency. From 2008 to 2012, Kathrin worked at Oracle as a Sales Specialist for Business Database Solutions. In 2015, they joined Radius | Global Growth Experts as a Sales Specialist for International Expansions and Operations. Kathrin then worked at Polar Latitudes as a Passenger Service Manager for a short period in 2018. Finally, since 2017, Kathrin has been with G-P/Globalization Partners, where they have held roles such as Sales Executive, Regional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, Sales Director EMEA, and currently Senior Sales Director EMEA.

Kathrin Koedderitz obtained a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification from iPEC Coaching in 2019. Kathrin also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Marketing from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, which they completed from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they pursued International Business Management Studies at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2006. Kathrin also has other certifications, including RYA Powerboat Level 2 from Zodiac Milpro International in 2017.
