Roisin Masterson

Roisin Masterson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Roisin is currently working at Globalization Partners as a Product Owner, responsible for overseeing the development and management of products. Prior to this, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at the same company, where they played a crucial role in enabling companies to expand their operations globally.

Before joining Globalization Partners, Roisin worked at Pramerica, where they held multiple positions, including User Experience Designer, Specialist Business Systems Analyst, Analyst Business Systems Analyst, and Graduate Business Systems Analyst. Roisin'sprimary responsibilities involved designing user-centric interfaces and analyzing business systems.

Additionally, Roisin worked at Ex Ordo as a Customer Success Executive, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues. Roisin also gained valuable experience as a Support Engineer Intern at SAP, where they provided product support to customers.

Earlier in their career, Roisin worked as an Administrator at Masterson Plumbing & Heating LTD, where they handled general administration tasks, such as answering calls, issuing quotes and invoices, and providing customer service. Roisin also worked briefly as a Waitress at Arena 7.

Roisin Masterson began their education in 2005 at Loreto Convent in Letterkenny, where they completed their primary and secondary education. In 2011, they enrolled at the University of Galway and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, which they successfully completed in 2015. After a few years in the workforce, Roisin returned to education in 2018 and joined the Letterkenny Institute of Technology for a Post Graduate Diploma in UX and Applied Innovation, which they completed in 2019. Roisin then continued their studies at the same institute and obtained a Master's degree in User Experience and Applied Innovation Design in 2020.
