Rose Tolentino

Rose Tolentino started their work experience in 2014 as a Recruitment Coordinator at IBM. Rose then became a Sourcing Specialist for a few months before transitioning to the role of HR Service Administrator, which they held until 2017. In that same year, they joined Wells Fargo as an HR Operations Analyst 2 and later became an HR Operations Analyst 3. Rose worked at Wells Fargo until 2022 when they joined G-P/Globalization Partners as a Human Resources Specialist.

Rose Tolentino completed their Master's Degree in Industrial Relations, with a major in Human Resource Development, from the University of the Philippines from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, which they completed from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Rose Tolentino has also obtained several certifications. Rose received the IELTS - General Training certification from IELTS Official in December 2021. Rose obtained the Safety Officer III certification from Synerquest Management Consultancy Services Inc. in October 2019. Furthermore, they became a certified Psychometrician through the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in November 2014.
