Paula Rodrigo

Paula Rodrigo Lon has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as the Global Chief People & Talent Officer at VASS since March 2002. With a progression of roles including Global People & Talent Director, Head of People & Talent, HR Manager, and Human Resources Specialist, Paula has significantly contributed to the field. In addition to responsibilities at VASS, Paula is involved with Asociación Española de Empresas de Consultoría as the Presidenta Comisión de Talento and a Board Member, as well as serving on the Board of Fundación VASS. Prior experience includes working as a Recruiter at Kristina Internet Business Solutions. Paula's educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and several executive programs focused on human resources management and talent innovation.
