Salome Kukava

Salome Kukava is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Globalize GE since October 2021, where the focus is on connecting startups and exporters to global markets. Previously, Salome held significant roles such as Managing Director at Startup Connect GE and Main Organizer at Startup Grind Europe Asia Connect, contributing to one of the largest networks of startup founders globally. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of Fund Aghadgine, Consultant for Investor Relations at The World Bank, and Managing Director of BIA, a leading supplier of business information in Georgia. Salome's early career included roles at JSC Alliance Group Holding as Corporate Communications Manager and as Project Manager for an event involving Jordan Belfort. Educational credentials include studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, among other institutions, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Philology from Ilia State University.
