Mike Tate

Mike previously served as CFO of Annapurna Labs, Ltd., a semiconductor company that had a successful liquidity event in 2015.

Prior to that, Mike was CFO of NetLogic Microsystems, a publicly traded semiconductor company. During Mike’s tenure, NetLogic enjoyed over 400% revenue growth, five successful acquisitions, and the sale of NetLogic to Broadcom for $3.7 billion. Prior to NetLogic, Mike was VP and Interim CFO of Marvell Technology, a public semiconductor company, where he managed numerous acquisitions and debt financing while Marvell grew its revenues and employees by over 800%. He joined Marvell as part of Marvell's $2.7 billion acquisition of Galileo Technology, where he served as CFO.
