Artem Oganesian

Artem Oganesian serves as the Director of Engineering at GlobalLogic, where responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of projects in FinTech, Retail, and Healthcare. As Head of EMEA Agile Practice, Artem guides businesses through Agile transformations and leads the European Agile community. Experience also includes co-founding the PowWow Ukraine PM Conference, providing Agile consulting, and previously leading project management offices at Namecheap and Ciklum. With extensive experience in project and program management, Agile coaching, and business transformation, Artem holds an MBA in Management and Leadership and a PhD in Aeronautics from National Aerospace University.
