Sherrie-Lynn Matthews, BA, CPA, CGA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, holding various positions since 2001. Currently serving as Finance Manager at APTYX (GlobalMed) since June 2017, Sherrie-Lynn manages a finance department, oversees accounts receivable and payable, and is involved in budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis. Prior roles include Plant Controller and Finance Manager at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group), where responsibilities encompassed general and cost accounting, payroll, and taxation. Sherrie-Lynn has also held supervisory and analytical positions at eHealth Ontario, Honeywell, and Unilever, showcasing a strong ability in financial management and reporting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University and a diploma in Business Administration - Accounting from Canadore College, along with CPA certification from CPA Canada.
