Eric Johnson

Dr. Johnson is responsible for overseeing and leading medical operations at Global Rescue. Dr. Johnson is an expert in wilderness and altitude medicine. He is a past President of the Wilderness Medical Society and has served on the organization’s Board of Directors since 2006. Dr. Johnson also serves on the Board of Directors of the Himalaya Rescue Association and has served as a volunteer physician at Mt. Everest ER, the medical tent located at Mt. Everest Basecamp. Dr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Medical School.
