Melvin Tse

Melvin Tse is a highly experienced aerospace engineering professional with a robust background in satellite system management and operations. Currently serving as a System Engineering Specialist at Globalstar Inc. since September 2005, Melvin Tse oversees the maintenance and management of the DNC Sub-System across all satellites and leads software modifications to enhance traffic capacity and safety. Previously, Melvin Tse worked as a Spacecraft Operations Engineer at Loral Skynet, providing support for Lockheed Martin Series 7000 and FS-1300 satellites, and as a Senior R&D Engineer at Space Systems Loral, contributing to various satellite programs and playing critical roles in the launch teams for the Sirius satellite and Globalstar Inc.’s low Earth orbit constellation. Melvin Tse holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from San Jose State University and a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
