Elaine Soares

Elaine Soares has extensive work experience in Human Resources, spanning over 20 years. Elaine is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at GlobalStep since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr HRBP at Evolving from May 2021 to September 2021.

From 2019 to 2020, Elaine was a Sr HR Business Partner at SweetIQ. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at oXya, A Hitachi Group Company from April 2017 to March 2019. oXya is a leader in technical services and cloud solutions for SAP clients.

Elaine also held various HR roles at BAM Strategy. Elaine worked as an HR Manager from September 2014 to August 2016, HR Generalist from September 2013 to September 2014, and Senior Recruiter from November 2012 to September 2013.

Additionally, Elaine has experience as a Recruitment Coordinator at SDL in 2012. Elaine started their career as a Human Resources Specialist - Business Partner at Ericsson Telecommunications from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Unilever Bestfoods from 2003 to 2004, and at Alpargatas from 1998 to 2003.
