Firas Alhadad

Firas Alhadad has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Firas recently worked as an IT Support Assistant at GlobalStep, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were employed part-time from March 2019 to March 2023, as a Help Desk Support Technician, where they performed system analysis work and managed the life cycle of IT problems. Before that, they worked at Alaccad Group of Companies as an Information Technology Help Desk Support from January 2017 to March 2019, troubleshooting and resolving Level 1 support issues and setting up desktops and laptops. Firas also has experience as an Administrative Support Coordinator at Organic Foods and Cafe from March 2010 to December 2016. Their early experience includes working as a Document Controller at ET&T Engineering Consultants from January 2007 to February 2010, where they prepared data for computer entry and ensured information security.

Firas Alhadad's education history includes several diplomas and certifications. In 2019, they attended Cégep du Vieux Montréal - Formation continue et aux entreprises, where they studied French Language and Literature for a brief period. During the same year, Firas also studied Starting A Business at Elite College South ShoreCampus in Brossard, Quebec.

In 2019, Firas began pursuing a Diploma of Proficiency in English for Professional Communication at McGill University, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, in 2020, they enrolled at McGill University for a Diploma in Computers and Information Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

Firas has also obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English for professional Communication from McGill University in May 2021.
