Kshitij Surve

Kshitij Surve is an experienced gaming industry professional with a strong background in quality control and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at GlobalStep since October 2022, Kshitij has held various key roles including QC Team Lead at PTW, Associate QC Lead at Ubisoft India Studios, and Senior Game Tester at both Ubisoft and Codemasters. Kshitij began the career as a Game Tester at SQS Group and progressed to a Floor Walker at Suma Soft Pvt Ltd. Kshitij holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce in Pune, following education at J. N. Petit Technical High School.
