Nandita has since then held various HR roles at companies such as EXL Services Pvt Ltd., Capgemini, Arxxus Technology Partners, and currently at GlobalStep. With a background in Business/Commerce and a PGDM in Human Resources Management, Nandita has been instrumental in partnering with stakeholders and delivering HR services aligned with organizational priorities and needs.
