Sudaporn R.

Sudaporn R. has been working in the travel industry since 1997. Sudaporn began their career as a Reservations Officer in the LOOK Division of JTB Thailand's Inbound Department. Sudaporn then moved to the Package Division, where they were part of the data entry team, training team, and control package input. In 2004, they were promoted to Marketing & Purchasing Manager in the same division, where they managed overall control of suppliers, vendors, products yield, and channel manager. In 2015, they were promoted to Operations Manager in the Outbound Corporate Division of the Outbound Department, where they were responsible for promoting and marketing the business for outbound routing and MICE markets, domestic markets, and creating MICE products, outbound tour, and domestic tour packages. Later that year, they moved to Royal Passage & Residences Co., Ltd. as Director of Purchasing, where they established and implemented purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures, and negotiated pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers. In 2017, they were appointed Country Director of Thailand for GlobalTix - Tours & Activities Tech Provider, where they established a Thailand office and implemented an e-ticketing platform for travel agents and attractions. Finally, in 2019, they became Country Lead for Travel Recommends, where they succeeded in expanding business in Bangkok Airport Thailand and oversaw Travel Recommends Thailand for the operations of a company's affiliate in the region. In 2022, they were appointed Commercial Director Thailand for GlobalTix, where they developed and implemented commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, conducted market research and analysis, and developed and maintained strong partner relationships.

Sudaporn R. began their education in 1993, when they attended DHONBURI RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY, THAILAND and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Industry. In 2000, they earned a Certificate from The Continuing Education, Center Chulalongkorn University in IT HARDWARE & NETWORK PROGRAMMER.
