Alec Gillespie

Alec Gillespie is an experienced professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as Customer Experience Operations Director at GWI since March 2018, with previous roles including Customer Success Director and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to GWI, Alec took a career break from September 2016 to January 2018, during which travel and work occurred in the Asia Pacific region. Earlier experience includes positions at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) from November 2014 to September 2016, where Alec advanced from intern to Senior Client Solutions Associate. Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Hispanic Studies from The University of Sheffield and has pursued studies at Université Bordeaux Montaigne and the University of Valencia.
