Monika Musial

Monika Musial is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in strategic management and media analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the Strategic Management Unit at GWI since June 2021, Monika is responsible for creating and maintaining project plans while ensuring adherence to best practices in project management. Prior to GWI, Monika held the position of Evaluation Operations Manager at Kantar Media, leading a team for the timely delivery of media analysis projects. Monika's earlier roles include Regional Project Lead Analyst at Precise Media, where project management and performance assessment of PR activities were key responsibilities, as well as Insight Media Analyst, providing multilingual media coverage assessments. Monika began a professional career as a self-employed interpreter for business negotiations. An accomplished academic, Monika holds multiple degrees in Chinese Studies and Modern Literature from institutions including SOAS University of London and Nanjing Normal University.
