Florentina Bobadilla has been with Globant since February 2017, progressing through various roles such as Recruiting Analyst, Recruiting Team Coordinator, Recruiting Team Lead, and currently serving as Recruiting Lead for South Latin America (SOLA). In these positions, Florentina has contributed to the company's mission of helping organizations reinvent themselves through innovation, design, and engineering.
