Florentina Bobadilla

Florentina Bobadilla possesses extensive experience in recruitment leadership, having served as the Recruiting Team Lead for South Latin America at Globant from June 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included leading recruitment initiatives and enhancing candidate experiences. Previous roles at Globant include overseeing recruitment processes and managing the full cycle as a Recruiting Team Coordinator. Early experience includes an internship at Universidad Blas Pascal’s library in 2016. Florentina holds a degree in Human Resources (Licenciatura) from Universidad Blas Pascal and has completed specialized training in Talent Acquisition at ICDA.
