Javier Micchia

Javier Micchia is a seasoned professional in quality engineering with extensive experience in various managerial and analytical roles. Currently serving as a Technical Manager for the Quality Engineering Studio at Globant since February 2015, Javier oversees sales documentation and manages interviews within the studio. Prior to this, positions included QA/QC Lead at Gestion.IT and Senior QA/QC Analyst roles at Q4Tech and Thomson Reuters, focusing on test case design and execution. Javier's career began at Gameloft S.A., where responsibilities progressed from QA Junior Tester to QA Manager, achieving ISO audit compliance and maintaining high productivity rates. Javier holds a degree in English from Instituto Superior de Formacion Docente Nº 24, attained in 2010.
