Maite Escudero

Maite Escudero is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of leadership experience at Globant, currently serving as Vice President of Agile Delivery & Operations since February 2011. Maite oversees a business unit comprising over 2,000 IT professionals, achieving a 30% year-over-year growth while emphasizing delivery excellence and strong partnerships with clients. Prior to Globant, Maite held various positions at IBM from November 2005 to January 2011, including Team Lead and Delivery Process Architect. Maite holds a degree in Ingeniera en Sistemas de Información from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and has furthered education at PMI San Francisco Bay Area.
