Michael Wear

Michael Wear has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and business sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Globant since October 2024 and at Blankfactor since January 2020, Michael also founded and held the CEO position at Blankfactor. Prior to these roles, Michael was an Advisor at Prontomas from May 2020 to October 2024 and served as Chief Technology Officer at Study Edge from August 2015 to October 2021. Michael co-founded and operated Wear Interactive as Managing Partner from April 2009 to August 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida, earned between 2011 and 2013.
