Paola Castro Afanador

Paola Castro Afanador is a seasoned Test Automation Engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at Globant since April 2024, Paola previously held the same role at Zemoga, Inc. from March 2020 to April 2024, and served as a QC Analyst at Globant from December 2015 to March 2020, focusing on test case design, execution, and automated testing documentation. Prior experience includes roles as Delivery SOA and Business Analyst at TATA Consultancy Services from August 2013 to December 2015, and an internship in Business Architecture at Telefónica Movistar Colombia in early 2013.
