Yanina Conti

Yanina Conti is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and auditing. Currently serving as Corporate Financial Controller Sr. Director at Globant since July 2013, Yanina has led the IPO process coordination with external auditors and overseen the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS for NYSE reporting. Prior to this role, Yanina worked at Ernst & Young from May 2004 to July 2013 as Audit Manager, handling external audits for top-tier companies, managing audit teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Yanina began her career at English Studio from February 1998 to October 2003, where responsibilities included customer service and administrative tasks. Yanina holds degrees in Contador Público Nacional and Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas from the University of Buenos Aires.
