Mike Spencer

Mike Spencer is the Head of Young Robot Sales Reps, representing brands such as Brixton, GOT BAG, and Rusty Men's & Women's Apparel. Additionally, Mike serves as an Outside Sales Rep at Globe International Ltd. for Globe Shoes and Impala Rollerskates, Electric Eyewear, Rusty Surfboards, Happy Place Brand, and Surface Suncare, covering various states in the South. Previously, Mike owned and managed BEATCOMBER, transitioning from a brick and mortar store to an e-commerce platform. At BEATCOMBER, Mike was responsible for forecasting, operations, and managing inventory. Prior to that, Mike founded and managed a brick and mortar store, overseeing staff training, product buying, marketing initiatives, and customer relations. Mike holds a BA in Economics from San Diego State University.
