Laurence Rankin Jr

Laurence Rankin Jr. has extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as a Health Claims Examiner/Claims Care/Escalation Specialist II at Globe Life since January 2018. In this role, Laurence is responsible for the timely and accurate adjudication of complex Cancer, Critical Illness, and Accident claims, ensuring compliance with federal regulatory guidelines and organizational standards. Prior to this, Laurence worked at IBM from November 2008 to December 2017, providing Level-1 application support and assisting Federal and Commercial Sales Specialists. Laurence holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Collin College and is pursuing an Associate of Arts in Information Technology- Programming from the University of Phoenix.
