Marc Massad is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Divisional Senior Vice President of Policy Acquisition at Globe Life since April 2007. With a progressive career at Globe Life, Marc has held various leadership roles, including Divisional Vice President and Senior Director, overseeing areas such as Customer Retention, Quality Assurance, Strategic Projects, and Agent Recruiting. Prior to Globe Life, Marc gained valuable experience as a Senior Internal Auditor at Walmart, where responsibilities included conducting operations, inventory, and financial audits.
