Heather McGehearty

Heather McGehearty has extensive experience in business development, recruiting, and leadership roles. Currently, Heather serves as Business Development & Recruiting at Globe Runner since January 2023. As Board President of StandUpLD since September 2016, Heather plays a key role in the organization. Previously, Heather was the President of BabySafeTravel.com from July 2009 to 2014, an online retailer focused on products and services for families traveling with young children. Additionally, Heather owned McGehearty & Associates, Inc., a recruiting business specializing in the insurance and financial services industry, from March 2004 to May 2011. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a concentration in Sociology from the University of the Ozarks, completed in 2001.
