Aileen Tan

Aileen Tan is a seasoned People and Sustainability Leader currently serving as the Group Chief People & Sustainability Officer at Singtel, a position held since 2008. They have over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries and geographies, including notable positions as a Vice President at Abacus International and a Regional HR Development Administrator at Levi Strauss Eximco. Aileen is an active board member for several organizations, including Globe Telecom and the Health Sciences Authority. They hold a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour from Alliant International University.
