Joanne Marie Diaz Agtarap

Joanne Marie Diaz Agtarap, PhD. Cand., CHRP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and change management. Currently serving as the Director of HR Change Management at Globe Telecom, Joanne oversees enterprise-wide change activities and has previously managed change initiatives for various technical divisions. Joanne also has a background in academia, having taught strategic human resource management and leadership at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business while coaching future leaders in medical and business administration. With prior leadership roles at the Land Bank of the Philippines, Joanne directed performance and rewards management, orchestrated organizational development initiatives, and played a key role in HR transformation. Educational qualifications include a PhD candidacy in Urban and Regional Planning, along with multiple advanced degrees in Psychology from reputable institutions.
