Nature Maramag - Calderon

Nature Maramag-Calderon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Nature started their career at Hunter Consulting as a Research Analyst. Nature then worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate in Business Consulting, where they handled business process review and strategic planning engagements.

Nature then joined Philippine National Bank as a Senior Assistant Manager, where they developed, implemented, and managed products and marketing initiatives for the remittance business. Nature coordinated with overseas offices and business units to serve the Overseas Filipino Worker market in the U.S.

After that, Nature worked at Emerson Network Power as a Marketing Program Manager for the Asia Pacific region. Nature then joined Ayala Foundation, Inc. as Director and Head of Strategy, Communications, and Partner Care, where they developed and implemented strategic initiatives and communications for culture-building and organization development.

Finally, Nature joined Globe Telecom, where they held various roles over the years. Nature served as Director and Head of Service Culture and Strategy Communications, leading enterprise-wide culture and customer experience transformation programs. Nature also worked as Director of Strategy Planning and Strategic Initiatives and as Vice President and Head of Strategy Management and CX Culture, where they led company-wide strategy execution, culture alignment programs, and transformation programs on CX culture.

Throughout their career, Nature has demonstrated their expertise in strategy development and implementation, culture alignment, change management, and communications. Nature has collaborated with senior executives and external consultants to drive strategic projects and has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Nature Maramag - Calderon completed their undergraduate education from 1995 to 1998 at De La Salle University. Nature earned an AB degree with a major in Economics and a minor in Literature. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) from Yoga Alliance, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, Certified Professional Transformational Coach (Advanced Practitioner) from Coach Masters Academy Global, ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation, and Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher from the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI).
