Renato M. Jiao is the current Chief Human Resource Officer at Globe Telecom. Prior to this, they were the President of IBM Business Services and the HR Delivery Executive for Business Transformation Outsourcing Asia. Before that, they were the Employee Services Director - Asia and Global Business Services /Site Leader for Manila Service Center at Procter & Gamble Asia Pte Ltd.

Renato has over 40 years of experience in human resources and has been instrumental in leading and transforming various organizations through their strategic and innovative approaches. Renato is a highly respected figure in the industry and is known for their dedication to their work and commitment to excellence.

Renato M. Jiao completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Philippines.
