Paul Goodchild

Paul Goodchild has a diverse and extensive work experience in the HR and recruitment field. Paul started their career at WMC Resources in 1992, where they held various roles as an HR Officer, HR Project Officer, and HR Graduate until 1995. Paul then joined Placer Dome as a Community Relations Coordinator/HR Superintendent/HR Officer for three years. After that, they worked as a Senior HR Officer for the Government of Nunavut from 1998 to 1999. In 1999, they worked as an HR Consultant at Private Recruitment Consulting and later as an Administration Officer (Contract) at Schroders. In 2000, they took on the role of Share Schemes & Comp Benefits Analyst (Contract) at GlaxoSmithKline. In 2001, they joined Newmont Mining Corporation as a Human Resources Manager until 2003. From 2003, they have been the Managing Director at Globe 24-7, a global HR and Recruitment company specializing in the mining industry, operating in 15 countries and supporting miners in 9 languages. In 2008, they worked as an HR Consultant at Centamin Egypt/Pharaoh Gold Mines. Through their career, they have gained extensive experience and expertise in the HR and recruitment industry.
