Dr. Lilian Simon holds a PhD in Chemistry and Physics and an MBA in Accounting and Finance, with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently, Dr. Simon serves as the Head of Construction and Project Director at Globeleq since August 2019. Previously, Dr. Simon was the Chief Executive Officer at Dynamic Instruments (Pty) Ltd, focusing on operational success from May 2017 to July 2019. Prior experience includes the position of Divisional Managing Director at Aveng Grinaker LTA and multiple roles at Alstom Power, where responsibilities ranged from department head to project management, emphasizing full P&L responsibility for large-scale projects with significant budget and manpower.
