Nkele Mabusela

Nkele Mabusela, PrEng, is an experienced Power Engineer currently working at Globeleq since October 2019, specializing in solar and wind farm power engineering. Prior to this role, Nkele served as an Electrical Engineer at Sasol Synfuels International from February 2017 to September 2019, focusing on engineering designs for Sasol Group Technology. Nkele's expertise in renewable energy was further developed at Enel Energy South Africa as an Electrical Design Specialist from October 2015 to January 2017, where responsibilities included design approvals, quality control, and standard development. Earlier experience includes a position as a Distribution Project Engineer at Eskom Holdings from March 2009 to September 2015, managing HV and MV system designs and stakeholder coordination, as well as serving as an Engineer in training. Nkele holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)(Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, completed in 2012.
