Alex Hauptman

Alex Hauptman is an experienced Power Electronics Design Engineer who worked at Tesla from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the automation of the Megapack 2XL manufacturing line, developing a thermal model for the ACDC converter, and managing parts for a future vehicle program. As a Design Engineer Intern at Tesla, Alex enhanced first-principle thinking skills and supported product quality and thermal modeling. Prior experience includes a Summer Analyst role at Deloitte, where Alex contributed to a significant digital transformation project, and as a Student Consultant at East Bridge Consultancy, where Alex provided solutions to real business problems. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Finance from Miami University, which was completed in December 2023.
