Victor Makgoale

Victor Makgoale is a seasoned professional in the electrical engineering and maintenance field, currently serving as a Senior Technician at Globeleq and Ingeteam since May 2018 and August 2017, respectively. With extensive experience in plant operation, maintenance schedules, and equipment optimization, Victor has developed expertise in troubleshooting and managing equipment spares. Previous roles include Maintenance Engineer at GP CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD, where Victor focused on fault finding and efficient operations in Solar PV plants, and Maintenance Electrician at Sabre Construction, along with various electrician positions earlier in the career. Victor holds an N6 National Certificate in Electrical Engineering from Jeppe College and a Trade Test qualification in Electrical work from the Department of Higher Education and Training.
