Christy Treese

Christy Treese SPHR currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Globus Medical, where efforts are concentrated on integrating the operations of Globus Medical and Nuvasive to enhance musculoskeletal procedural solutions. Prior experience includes leadership roles at NuVasive, such as Global Chapters Leader of Women In Nuvasive and HRBP Director for various corporate functions, with a strong focus on talent management and strategic human resources initiatives. Christy has also held key positions in human resources and organizational management at Total Package Professional Services, Poway Unified School District, and other organizations. Christy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and ongoing studies at Cornell University, along with a Human Resources Certification Prep from Morehead State University.
