Gene Northam

Gene Northam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Field Service at Globus Medical since October 2023, Northam contributes to enhancing patient care for those with musculoskeletal disorders. Previously, Northam held the position of Director of Service at Samsung NeuroLogica from June 2018 to August 2023, focusing on healthcare solutions as part of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. Prior experience includes a decade as Vice President of Global Service at Segway, a leader in electric transportation and robotics, and working as Fixed Operation Manager at Merrimack Valley Saturn from 1993 to 2005. Northam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Finance from Nichols College, earned between 1980 and 1984.
