Laughlin Young

Laughlin Young has a diverse background in talent acquisition and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Globus Medical since September 2020, Laughlin has progressed through various roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and Reception. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at Hyatt House, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily operations as the Director of Food and Beverage and enhancing guest experiences as the Front Office Manager. Laughlin also gained valuable experience through an internship at The Walt Disney Company as a Character Attendant, focusing on guest interaction and event management. Educational credentials include a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in December 2015.
