Ian Anderson

Ian Anderson is an M&A advisor, SME consultant, and executive coach based in the UK and China. With extensive experience at Synthomer as Sales & Marketing Director and Chief Commercial Officer, they have held various leadership roles across multiple companies including IMCD Group and GloCoach. Ian currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Alantra, providing investment banking services, and as a Business Advisor & Executive Coach at New Normal, a Swiss-based strategy consultancy. Ian holds a B.A. in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge and actively participates in advisory roles across several organizations.
