Alissa Kapp is a versatile professional with extensive experience in recruitment, event coordination, environmental education, and sailing instruction. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Glocomms, Alissa previously held the position of Special Events Coordinator at Save Barnegat Bay, where three major fundraising events raised $150,000 for ecosystem advocacy. Alissa also contributed to environmental outreach as an Outreach Assistant and coordinated educational events as an Eco-Rep at Elon University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies.
